Evaluasi Penerapan Kaji Terap Pada Penyuluhan Pembuatan Kandang Ternak Babi Di Desa Dewa Jara Kecamatan Katikutana Kabupaten Sumba Tengah

Abstract

This evaluation of this research aims to find out how far the assessment of farmers to the application of Kaji Terap The Extension Project of Cattle Pig In Di Desa Dewa Jara Kecamatan Katikutana Kabupaten Sumba Tengah. The implementation of the is done two stages, namely; 1) the implementation of the research the project of cattle pig , and 2) evaluation of extension programs. The method of evaluation review is done by stages of determining 1) the object of evaluation is the activity of applying the method of the applied assessment, 2) the evaluation objective is to measure or assess the application of the applied assessment method, 3) the evaluation target is the pig farmer in Desa Dewa Jara; 4) the evaluation model is summative evaluation, 5) the method of the research is descriptive quantitative methods, 6)assessment approach is survey, 7) simple random sampling of 35 farmers, 8) instrument/data collection tool using questionnaire, 9) validity and reliability test, and 10) data analysis technique using descriptive statistics. Result of analysis Technical Aspect, Economic aspect, and Social Aspect at Kaji Terap the project of cattle pig is in the receiving category with score value 53,2. While the method of applied kaji applied to the implementation of the counseling is Very Appropriate with the average score of 134.5. This means that the method of kaji terap on counseling about the project of cattle pig is in accordance with the needs of the target or farmers of livestock. The success of the extension program can use the method of kaji terap because by applying the application of technology applied together with farmers, extension and steak holder so that really fit with the need, not expensive, easy to apply and can use location-specific materials so that give factor of growth of will and ability of farmers in parsisipatif.
